I have had some amazing holidays though.  I would be lost without my travel agent. I have done that but on the Let me pour you a tall glass of get over it oh and here's a straw so you can suck it up shirt.  I once got 10 nights in Portugal for the price of 7 by phoning the travel agent. Cost me £800 for four of us self catering. I do. For a quick break away with a friend usually online but for our main family holiday (4 kids) I've ended up going in store. I know exactly where I want to go before tho., every time,  the in store staff have been fantastic, their knowledge of what resorts are like is invaluable haha, hardly, I guess I just have to get with this 21st century malarkey, but I am an old woman, so....

It's the majority, hence why more and more high street shops will close. I honestly think the last time I Went Into a travel agent was In 2007 when I travelled the world via STA and I'm sure they told us to book via their website! My current employers (only started in Nov) have been lax on working from home prior to lockdown. Companies will now encourage this more as it will save them costs in office space and electricity exactly, again my ex husband firm has said it is not going to renew the tenancy, for the office, when it comes up for renewal in October.
